PIPELINE PHENOMENOM

Once, we joined a Hangout game, and about 25 minutes after joining,
this happened. We don't know exactly what it was, but we're sure that figure
is responsible for the chaos. Since we disconnected, it hasn't happened again.
The event consisted of the disappearance of all structures on the map and the constant appearance of green pipes of varying sizes. The ground turned a reddish-brown color and acquired the texture of bricks.
The figure in the image was nicknamed "THE MAKER". Little is known about him/her; we don't even know if he/she is a real player or just a modified NPC. He/she emerged from a pipe and appeared to be exploring until he/she entered another and disappeared.
